Ran/hiked 3.0 miles on treadmill.

Monday, 7/29 - 5.1 miles

AM: 2.1 mile 'hike' on the treadmill. Gradually took the incline to 10. Walked some, ran some. ~30 min PM: 3.0 mile run. My old Fitness Center route. Comfortable 8:43 pace.
