Repeats - Today was a couple of repeats, nothing serious. It went like this:

1m @ 6.12
1/2m @ 3.01
1m cd)
Tomorrow - 6 easy miles
It was warm today so I got on my bike to see if I still remembered how. I felt strong although it was extremely windy and my neck was hurting (I couldn't even lift it to see the road when down in aero). So I turned around and came back. Not even far enough to record distance (now that's short).
