Fri, Sept 20 - Recent Update

I've gotten behind on my blogging, such that it is anyway, due to the fact that last week was pitiful from a running/motivation standpoint. I think I ran about 12 miles total. The more that I thought about how much I hadn't run, the more I got depressed and didn't run. That is my cycle. Anyway, I pushed myself onto the trail this week. Monday was 3.5 miles backward at Regional and I went for 9:59 pace, a record going backwards for me. I then took off Thursday from school and got down to Enterprise. I ran a 5.3 mile route that I had run on July 26. I took 1 min/mile off of that pace. So although my running has been pretty much nill and my weight fluctuating high, 195 or so, I am surprisingly still improving. Hopefully enough motivation to get back out there and put together some good weeks.
