Wednesday - 6/17 - 1.75 miles

I'm not even going to get into what I have been doing, er not doing, over the last few months. Let's just say the blog isn't missing anything worth reading about. So, over the last couple of weeks I have done some decent runs and logged about 20 miles. Not much, but more than nothing. And I'm fat! 210 lbs fat. And with that out of the way, here is what today looked like.

It was hot! Ninety-five degrees.

20# presses x 30
Small loop 20# dumbbell carry
Small loop run
20# pullovers
Small loop bag carry (bucket) - 40#
Small loop run
Shoulder raises - 10/10/10
Small loop bag carry (back)
Small loop run
30 air squats
Big loop cd:  .75 miles

1.75 miles total running/carrying
