wu) 1 mile, then 5 miles (slow, so is it a warm-up if you don't run faster?) and a fast mile to finish. I wanted to run a quick half mile (3.20 or so) just to remind my legs to go fast since everything I have done lately has been slow. Went thru the half at 3.10 so I decided to keep going. 1 mile in 6.17, the fastest mile I've run in a long time. And it felt good, not an all out mile.
